MARK DYBUL, MD: Dr. Mark Dybul, MD, is a professor in the Department of Medicine at the Medical Center and the Co-Director of the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact at Georgetown University. He was also U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator from 2006 until the beginning of the Obama administration.
