The Next Generation of Global Health Leaders

“We want to build an organization that will outlive any of our team members,” says Co-Founder and CEO of Global Health Corps (GHC), Barbara Bush. With more than 800 alumni, GHC is a nonprofit organization mobilizing a global community of young leaders to build a movement for health equity. GHC works to improve healthcare systems for the better by building strong leaders; the fellowship, Bush tells us, is their tool to bring top talent to the field. For her work, Bush was selected as a 2016 GLG Social Impact Fellow. She sits down with GLG to discuss global health equity, building a strong organizational culture, and what she hopes for GHC alums in the future.
